Roles & Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:

Talent Sourcing: Lead the recruitment efforts to attract top talent for our cosmetics business. Utilize diverse channels, including online job boards, social media, and industry-specific networks, to identify potential candidates.Interviewing: Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and provide recommendations for hiring decisions. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, equipping them with essential information, training, and support for a seamless integration into the company.Employer Branding: Promote our organization's employer brand to attract top-tier candidates and establish our company as an employer of choice in the cosmetics industry.Business Partnering:

Collaboration: Act as a strategic partner to our business units, working closely with leaders and managers to align HR strategies with the organization's objectives. Understand the unique needs of each business unit and offer tailored HR support and solutions.Employee Relations: Address employee relations matters, provide guidance to managers in resolving conflicts, and contribute to creating a positive and inclusive work environment.Performance Management: Support performance management initiatives, including goal setting, performance reviews, and coaching, to foster employee growth and development.HR Compliance: Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, collaborating with legal counsel when needed to address HR-related legal concerns.Data Analysis: Analyze HR metrics and trends to provide insights that inform well-informed decision-making.Requirements

Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience in HR functions, with a primary focus on recruitment and business partnership.Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.Proficiency with HR software and tools.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Passion for the cosmetics industry and its distinctive HR challenges.Proficiency in verbal and written communication in both English and Korean.
