Responsibilities
Organize files and other written communications.Coordinate activities with direct reports and staff.Take meeting notes.Prepare correspondences for signature.Promote and maintain professional conduct throughout office.Make travel arrangements.Prepare travel vouchers.
Qualifications
Bachelor of Arts (BA) or Bachelor of Science (BS) Degree, in life sciences and communications.Experience using Microsoft Office Suite of programs including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.0-2 years of administrative experience.Strong organizational skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Must be able to pass an HHS Public Trust background check.Desired QualificationsExperience using Microsoft SharePoint.
Pay Range
$38.21-$38.21Benefits
