The Global Communications team vision is to inspire people around the world through unparalleled storytelling and experiences that celebrate our culture and fuel our business success. The Global Corporate Communications team supports this vision by driving external communication and narrative strategies to enhance and protect lululemon’s corporate reputation, while building awareness and understanding of the company’s purpose, vision, strategy, and performance.Reporting directly to the Director, Global Corporate Communications, the Senior Global Corporate Communications Manager is responsible for leading the team’s center of excellence work through the development of central tools and resources, while driving communications strategies for the business. Your main responsibilities will include managing our corporate agency-of-record, developing strategic communications plans for owned and earned media, executive communications support and counsel, and establishing the department as a resource for our regional communications teams across the globe. You will work closely with the global Internal, global PR, and international communications teams to ensure we’re all in sync.The ideal candidate is a collaborative and inclusive team player who is committed to supporting the team and achieving our goals. This person will have strong stakeholder management skills, solid judgement, excellent writing skills, and the ability to successfully navigate a complex global organization.Responsibilities
Drive departmental objectives and guide the execution of our FY25 global corporate communications storytelling strategy.Manage the corporate agency-of-record while identifying new strategic opportunities throughout the year.Support with executive communications counsel, and help develop and drive quarterly earnings strategies.Serve as one of the team’s key media relations contacts and build new relationships with target business and industry media to support our storytelling goals.Serve as the main point of contact for our regional communications leaders who can count on you as someone who provides ‘corporate centre of excellence’ counsel.Serve as a mentor and support for the global corporate communications team.Requirements
You’re a collaborative, agile and inclusive team player who is focused on empowering others.You have 10-12+ years of dynamic experience in strategic communications and experience working for a global organization.You have worked closely with reporters, have established global media relationships, and a strong background in media relations.You’re able to adapt quickly, and have approx. 4 years leading people, mentoring and supporting teams.Strong verbal and presentation skills.Agency experience preferred.Must Haves

lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from
$134,100 - 176,000
annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
