The Global Distribution Technology team is committed to unlocking business potential with our Global Fulfillment and broader Supply Chain partners. Supporting both vendor and proprietary systems, the team provides solutions to enable our partners in streamlining the lifecycle of product movement from our manufacturers to our DCs, and from our DCs to our stores and guests.We are seeking a talented Senior Architect II who will oversee systems architecture on the Global Distribution Team. This individual will be part of the team responsible for delivering a multi-year transformation initiative to support the company’s future network strategy and growth. You will act as a key technical leader, driving alignment and clarity across multiple stakeholder groups.A day in the life:Provide architecture delivery support across multiple teams within the delivery unit and actively drive solution alignment between Architects, Analysts, Engineers, Program & Project Managers, and Product, Business & Engineering leadership.Act as solution design lead for large, complex, or mission-critical projects and initiatives that require cross-team collaboration.Drive the architecture vision and engineering for platforms across Global Distribution Technology.Focus on working through others to achieve delivery goals and drive successful business outcomes.Take ownership of designs that span multiple people's work, breaking work into smaller tasks for junior architects and delegating to Software Engineers and Analysts.Work closely with other domain architects and software development teams to support and guide development teams implementing solutions and educate teams on corresponding technical aspects.Investigate new technologies to evolve the future state architecture in partnership with domain architects.Develop and monitor adherence to integration standards and utilize these standards to design solutions that meet operational requirements, such as scalability, maintainability, security, reliability, extensibility, flexibility, availability, and manageability.Provide first-level effort and cost assessments to departmental initiatives.Assist management in making technology decisions by weighing in on risk and ROI.Participate and contribute to yearly strategic initiative planning.Mentor delivery teams on adopting new ideas/technologies.Have a forward-thinking, empathy-driven mindset with people and development at the forefront.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree and/or applicable experience in information/computer technology field.Very strong technical skills with at least 10+ years hands-on design, coding, integration, and deployment experience in enterprise applications.5+ years of experience in architecting retail/supply chain applications is required.Experience solutioning end-to-end full-stack applications, integration of SaaS and PaaS systems.Experience building technology roadmaps spanning 3-5 years.Proven track record of successfully delivering API integration projects.Experience in vendor evaluation and scoring of new technologies/tools.Knowledge of cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure) is required.Experience building microservices is required.Background in agile methodologies is highly valued.Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a high degree of professionalism in working collaboratively at all levels inside and outside of the organization.Strong collaboration skills to achieve business goals collectively across broad teams.Challenges the status quo, champions change, and influences others to change.Strong preference for those with supply chain application experience.Must haves:Acknowledges the presence of choice in every moment and takes personal responsibility for their life.Possesses an entrepreneurial spirit and continuously innovates to achieve great results.Communicates with honesty and kindness and creates the space for others to do the same.Leads with courage, knowing the possibility of greatness is bigger than the fear of failure.Fosters connection by putting people first and building trusting relationships.Integrates fun and joy as a way of being and working.Additional Notes:

lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from

$164,000-$225,500 annually ; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
