You will ensure robust quality systems are in place and suitably managed in line with service excellence.You will manage delivery from project inception/brief through design development and planning, contractor procurement and the construction phase in accordance with the overall delivery program and agreed project milestones.You will manage tasks and associated deliverables in support of the associate director and other senior leaders, alongside the wider project and client teams, to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of the project.Providing program-level leadership as an extension of the client's senior leadership team to ensure the overall successful completion of the program(s) as may be assigned.Establishing key relationships with the client and other key stakeholders.Directing the specialist design team, construction supervision and cost consultants throughout the project.Implementing an appropriate and effective project management framework.Effectively manage the performance of the program team to execute assigned capital programs and projects, taking responsibility for end-to-end service delivery on large complex programs and projects.Acting as the key client and consultant interface at all project stages, ensuring that client and quality objectives are met and projects are delivered within safety, quality, time and cost targets.Directing project planning and production of the detailed project plan.Supervising and managing the cross-functional project team.Providing strategic advice from the project conception stage to achieve overall objectives and the development of success criteria for the project, including time, cost, technical and performance parameters, until completion and handover.Anticipating and implementing strategies to address quality, safety, health and environmental issues.Establishing/implementing/managing the effective project governance, processes and systems to be utilized throughout a project.Monitoring and applying performance management techniques using KPI's to improve project performance.Monitoring and advising upon project finances and procurement of resources.Managing the reporting and the flow of program/project information between the team and the client.Integrity - Always Do the Right Thing:

A relevant degree (MS or MBA preferred).A Project Management Institute (PMI) certification or program management certification.Demonstrated capital program leadership experience.Experience in effectively managing integrated team(s) on large complex and multi-phase life science and industrial manufacturing capital programs.Knowledge of multiple project delivery methods, including alternative project delivery (design build and construction manager at risk).You'll Also Have:
