Deliver On Our Promise:You will manage the delivery of key assignments and defined business areas, providing strategic direction and monitoring delivery aligned with overall vision and objectives.You will support the long-term success of planning performance for specified engines/sectors/hubs, and the overall contribution to the broader company goals.You will support the planning function in ensuring projects and tenders are effectively planned, scheduled, and monitored.Ability to absorb and analyze large amounts of schedule information/data quickly to highlight relevant trends and issues to the project team and key stakeholders.Providing program level leadership as an extension of the client's senior leadership team to ensure the overall successful completion of the program/s as may be assigned.Establishing key relationships with the client and other key stakeholders.Implementing an appropriate and effective project planning and scheduling framework.Effectively manage the performance of the program scheduling team to execute assigned capital programs and projects.Acting as the key client and consultant interface at all project stages ensuring that client and quality objectives are met and projects are delivered on time.Directing project planning and production of the detailed project plan.Providing strategic advice from the project conception stage to achieve overall objectives, development of success criteria for the project timeline.Establishing/implementing/managing the effective project governance, processes and systems to be utilized throughout a project.Monitoring and applying performance management techniques using KPI's to improve project performance.Managing the reporting and the flow of program/project information between the team and the client.Awareness of current methodologies and tools to manage/analyze develop planning/schedule information related to projects.Supervising the application of specific planning/scheduling methods, techniques and tools.Good working knowledge of planning/scheduling, EVM, project controls methodologies.Providing advice on complex requirements and communicating analysis and corrective measures effectively.Manage the planning/scheduling delivery of medium/high complexity, projects/programs.Playing a key role in multidisciplinary teams and taking the lead role in creating plans or analyzing trends using numerical and statistical techniques.Directs and manages a team of professionals delivering planning/schedule management services and responsible for staff development.Stays up to date with key industry/professional trends.Having in-depth knowledge of schedule management tools and software.Providing effective and timely advice to clients.Understanding of data management.Creating and delivering persuasive presentations to large audiences.Integrity -
