In this role, we are looking for a Director of Sales Insights to reinvent our vertical sales marketing go-to-market engine and build world-class storytelling that will define the first operating system for the offline-to-online spaceYou’ll craft the strategy to drive leads and build out the pipeline to turn data into effective sales tools and collateralBuild sales marketing collateral that demonstrates the value derived from unique data collected via the Flowcode suite and conversionsMine existing data to create persuasive decks that bring to life the effectiveness of the productUse Flowcode proprietary data to publish white papers with insights that did not previously existAnalyze and track the effectiveness of activities, input metrics and calibrate the strategy as needed to hit quarterly OKRsBuild effective content for the candidate journey on our website, social media, and in lifecycle emailsDesign lead generation campaigns mapped to buyer profilesThe current range for this role is $200K - $230K + equity + benefitsQualifications

About the Role
In this role, we are looking for a Director of Sales Insights to reinvent our vertical sales marketing go-to-market engine and build world-class storytelling that will define the first operating system for the offline-to-online space. You’ll craft the strategy to drive leads and build out the pipeline to turn data into effective sales tools and collateral.• Your Responsibilities *• Build sales marketing collateral that demonstrates the value derived from unique data collected via the Flowcode suite and conversions• Mine existing data to create persuasive decks that bring to life the effectiveness of the product• Use Flowcode proprietary data to publish white papers with insights that did not previously exist• Analyze and track the effectiveness of activities, input metrics and calibrate the strategy as needed to hit quarterly OKRs• Build effective content for the candidate journey on our website, social media, and in lifecycle emails• Design lead generation campaigns mapped to buyer profiles
Your Skills and Experience• Bachelor's degree in marketing, mathematics, business administration or a related field.• 6-10 years of experience in marketing roles, leadership or management experience a plus• Mastery of excel, comfortable in SQL• Experience with B2B2C and an understanding of how to sell to marketers through the lens of the consumer• Track record of using ROI and other data analytics in your marketing presentations• Data-obsessed and constantly experimenting and optimizing performance across channels to drive efficiency and revenue• Have numerous examples of how your marketing efforts have directly impacted the sales pipeline and, thus, conversion to customers• Experience in sales strategy and familiarity with CRMs like Hubspot

Please note that this role is based in NYC and will be a minimum of 3-4 days a week in the office
