Credence Management Solutions is seeking a Senior Human Resources Analyst for a full-time position in our McLean, VA office to support our Military, Healthcare, Defense and International employee's client environment. This role is ideal for someone who is very driven, well organized, with attention to detail and eagerness to grow and expand your career within Human Resources. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below:Human Resources Analysts are responsible for core HR general operations as well as program and record management support and must exercise initiative, critical thinking skills, effective communication, independent judgment, knowledge of Federal and State and local labor laws, the ability to interpret client and legal agreements, Credence policies, and must demonstrate Credence Values.Must have demonstrated experience at the highest standard in handling confidential and sensitive information.Must be able to assess and manage change and shifts with priorities in a deadline-driven and fast-moving working environment.Responsible for having effective problem-solving skills that provide partnership and HR support to our most important asset: our people.Must be able to send offer letters to candidates, complete HR related onboarding tasks for new hires, and participate in conducting new hire orientations.Responsible for interacting flexibly and respectfully with others with the ability to work successfully in a team environment.Must be able to respond to leadership and other senior team members to support various projects during interim assignments as well as employee inquiries and employment verifications in a timely fashion.Must have demonstrated experience of using analytical skills to research, compile, and generate necessary reports for compliance with regulations, as well as internal reports for Credence use.Must have the capability to provide recommendations and responses to strategic and operational issues.Demonstrated ability to utilize our HRIS system, SharePoint, iCIMS, and CostPoint systems to maintain employee records.Education, Requirements and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with coursework in Human Resources, Public Administration, Business, or a closely related field.A minimum of (5+) five years of recent full-time position-related Human Resources (HR) Coordinator/Generalist experience including HR Program Administration and Project management.Demonstrate effective oral and written communication skills.Demonstrated ability to show respect and sensitivity for cultural differences; educates others on the value of Diversity and the importance of a harassment-free workplace.Work in a fast-paced, high energy, high productivity environment.Gather complex and diverse information, research data; with the ability to use intuition and experience to complement data and present analysis.Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; develops alternative solutions in group problem-solving situations, uses reason even when dealing with sensitive issues.Demonstrate effective Customer Service oriented approach to respond to needs; gather feedback; and develop relationships and establish solutions.Apply effective listening and conflict resolution skills.An enthusiastic display of willingness to engage, make decisions; exhibit sound and accurate judgment; support and explain reasoning for decisions; and act in a timely manner.Demonstrated experience applying attention to details with the ability to leverage a growth mindset.Ability to perform effectively while under pressure.Ability to work interpreting HR requirements and respond effectively to difficult situations.Effectively collaborate with staff on assigned projects.Demonstrated proficiency at an intermediate or advanced level of skill using computers and applicable software including Microsoft Office applications: Excel, PowerPoint, and Word or other comparable applications.Must demonstrate an intermediate level of knowledge and skill using Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) or similar database applications (i.e. Microsoft Access).Professional certification in Human Resources or equivalent highly desirable.Working Conditions and Physical Requirements
Sedentary work that primarily involves sitting/standing.May be required to occasionally lift 10-20 pounds.Location: Onsite during core business hours - McLean VA.
