Credence is seeking a Senior Human Resource Director with expertise in Human Resources and Employee Growth and Expansion. We are experiencing a growth spurt and having strategic plan experience surrounding HR development is a must to support our Headquarters location in McLean, VA as this office sets the pace for our other locations. The successful Human Resource leader should have demonstrated HR leadership and management skills with Government Services and/or IT Systems Consulting experience. Must have the ability to work directly with Credence's Senior Leadership, Key stakeholders, and their direct reports to strategically build and shape the future growth in a budding Federal IT Services Practice. Must have experience working with 3,000+ employees or greater with the ability to establish Policies and Standard Operating Procedures driving continuous improvement. Must have demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced and ever-evolving environment while managing onboarding/offboarding, supporting internal and external resources and working with our entire team from the senior most key stakeholders to the newly courted intern. Working with the ability to introduce and manage all aspects of Human Resource Management, including the implementation of key activities related to Career path development, Strategic HR Management, Compliance & Analytics, DEI, Succession Planning, to Talent management, Benefits, Compensation, Performance Management, and high potential assessment and development. Acting as the ultimate liaison between employees and leadership always constructing the perfect bridge to foster a healthy and safe work environment.Credence is an organically grown $500M+ solutions-based technology innovator with 10+ years in the last decade (Inc. list for last 12 years) and is among the top 100 Federal contractors 3 years in a row. Responsible for securing a qualified workforce through recruitment and strategically developing a plan for growth and retention for current and future company growth.Participates in initiatives that drive training, employee relations, corporate/client events, etc. that promote skill-set development and work ethic.Responsible for encouraging an environment that fosters competitive intelligent policies regarding benefits, packages, and company perks.Responsible for employee retention and employee development program(s) that promotes and drives creative ways to engage, collaborate, share and develop corporate, project/program, and department goals.The ability to create and identify key performance indicators for measurable success metrics.Should have demonstrated experience managing and facilitating interactions with the leadership team to promote and monitor morale.Ensure compliance with corporate policies and regulations within labor regulation laws, corporate and federal client filing requirements.Ensure sound employee relations practices are followed to comply with company policies and applicable law.Serve as the resident EEOC Coordinator, always working toward a goal of zero labor charges and lawsuits.Administer Corporate Compensation salary/hourly wage and benefit programs, including coordination of accurate and timely performance appraisals and benefit payments ensuring that current market rates and positions setting employees' wage levels to ensure that employee salaries are up to date with labor markets.Ensure that there is a consistent training and orientation of all employees occurring to meet and accede legal requirements as well federal/industry/company training.Develop and administer the annual Affirmative Action Plan/Labor Regulations/Trainings to maintain laws and regulations within and throughout corporate.Education, Requirements and Qualifications
7+ years' experience as an HR practitioner.Demonstrated capability in exercising sound judgment in evaluating situations and making decisions.Communication excellence is required with analytical and critical problem-solving skills.Broad knowledge of various employment laws and practices.Must hold a certification in one or more of the following HR Disciplines: HRCI or SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP. Other Certifications are nice to have: PMP, PHR, PRC, SHRM-CP NOVA SHRM, and the NOVA SHRM.Bachelor's or Master's degree in human resources, Business Management, or related field preferred.Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities and multi-task in a dynamic work environment.Positive Attitude, Enthusiasm and motivation to successfully adapt.Must be highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational and management skills.Interest in and an ability to understand basic technology and process concepts.Must have proficiency in the use of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Adobe products.U.S. citizenship required.Working Conditions and Physical Requirements
Ability to work on a computer for an extended period of time.
