About the Position
As the Human Resources Director, you will work closely with Senior HR leadership to drive and successfully implement various initiatives and support the ArchKey regional office and employees. The HR Director plays a key role in driving business performance through employee relations, and retention and serves as a strategic leadership partner. This role requires a dynamic individual with excellent interpersonal skills, extensive HR knowledge, employment law, and the ability to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.

Day in the Life
Develop and implement effective talent retention strategies.
Work closely with leadership to develop career development and succession plans.
Ensure consistent application and compliance with company policies, procedures, and employment laws within the region.
Communicate policy changes and updates effectively to all employees.
Provide strategic direction and guidance to assigned HR teams to align with overall HR and business objectives.
Develop and execute HR strategies that drive organizational effectiveness and support business growth.
Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and address HR-related challenges and opportunities within the region.
Drive organizational change initiatives and ensure effective communication and implementation.
Serve as a trusted advisor and provide guidance on employee relations matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
Oversee grievance handling and the resolution of labor relations issues.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, collective bargaining agreements, and employment regulations.
Foster positive employee relations through proactive communication and engagement initiatives.
Monitor and maintain compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
Prepare and submit required HR reports and metrics to senior leadership and regulatory agencies as necessary.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to talent management, policy implementation, and employee relations.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional certifications such as SHRM-SCP or SPHR are a plus
Proven experience as an HR Director or similar leadership role, preferably within a matrixed organization
In-depth knowledge of talent management practices, policy development, employment laws, and labor relations. Labor union experience is a plus.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve business goals.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships with key stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
