Responsibilities of the Employment Attorney (Hybrid):
Efficiently and competently research complicated legal issuesDraft pleadings, motions, memoranda of law, discovery requests and responses, legal correspondence, etc.Handle all aspects of discovery, including taking depositionsCommunicate clearly both orally and in writingRequirements for the Employment Attorney (Hybrid):
2-8 years of litigation experience at a large firm or a sophisticated boutiqueLicensed to practice law and in good standingJ.D. from an accredited, preferably first-tier, law schoolAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, client-service-driven law firm settingOutstanding referencesPosition Details for the Employment Attorney (Hybrid):
