Litigation Associate

Indy area boutique firm is looking for an associate to join their Business Litigation practice. Candidates should have strong litigation skills. Experience with general business matters is a plus. The firm wants to bring an attorney on who hopes this will be a long time role in their career as there is room for growth with this role.Responsibilities and requirements of the Attorney:4+ years of litigation experience, with significant courtroom exposureDraft pleadings, motions, memoranda of law, discovery requests and responses, legal correspondence, etc.Handle all aspects of discovery, including taking depositionsParticipate in all aspects of the litigation, including hearings, trials, arbitrations, and mediationsMeeting with clientsLicensed to practice law, and in good standing, in IndianaExcellent academic credentialsJ.D. from an accredited law schoolOutstanding referencesPosition Details:Type of Role: PermanentSchedule: Full timeLocation: Indianapolis or surrounding counties - hybrid scheduleCompensation & Benefits: Highly competitive and commensurate with experience, full benefitsCompensation:Pay : The salary range for this role is $110,000 to $130,000 or more. This position is also eligible for bonuses and equity compensation.
