OverviewThe Corporate Account Director (CAD) holds a pivotal role in ensuring optimal positioning for broad patient access in corporate accounts while aligning with corporate sales objectives and the values of scPharmaceuticals. This key role is accountable for strategic national and regional corporate account management, encompassing Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs), Long Term Care Corporations, Large Employer Groups, Patient Advocacy Groups, and other key associations in alignment with corporate goals. The CAD will work collaboratively across departments and business functions to drive success in the healthcare market.

This position will report directly to the Senior Director, Corporate Accounts (SCAD).Responsibilities:Develop and maintain strong IDN relationships with key stakeholders including C-Suite staff, Medical Director, Pharmacy Director, Case Management, Clinical/Financial teams, and P&T Members to understand customer needs, product opportunities, and formulary acceptance.Serve as a Market Access IDN, LTC, and Employer Group expert within scPharmaceuticals, collaborating effectively with internal business partners.Cultivate and leverage relationships with key IDN, LTC, and Employer Group stakeholders to influence and integrate care protocols and clinical pathways, addressing gaps in care and enhancing patient outcomes.Develop and execute strategic and tactical corporate account planning to ensure optimal market access and positive formulary coverage in key regional and national accounts as assigned.Identify and proactively address issues to ensure stakeholder alignment and successful positioning of launch products for formulary and P&T reviews.Collaborate cross-functionally and align with Field Based Teams to maximize pull and push through efforts, enabling successful market penetration.Track and provide marketplace intelligence to corporate management on customer business trends, competitive updates, industry issues, and new market opportunities.Execute/participate in related key initiatives as appropriate.Required Expertise Competencies:Minimum 5 years of successful Corporate Account Management experience (IDN, LTC).Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences, Business, Marketing, or a related field.Knowledgeable/Expert in engaging with national and large regional IDNs, national and large regional LTC accounts.Knowledgeable/Expert in both pre- and post-launch product stage environments.Knowledgeable/Expert in the Medicare Part D channel with recent experience gaining acceptance for new branded products within National/Regional health systems and IDNs, driving use through protocol and order set development.
