We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our Brokerage Operations team. The Retail Sales Coordinator will provide marketing support to our commercial real estate brokerage producers and our clients on their property marketing portfolios. This person will partner with our Brokerage Operations and Property Marketing teams to support the needs of our retail leasing brokers and to ensure high-quality materials are delivered to internal and external clients. The role requires a strong eye for detail, the ability to work independently, excellent project management and communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with sales personnel.

Responsibilities

Active liaison with Brokerage, Property Marketing, Design, Sales Enablement, and Research departments.Prepare JLL branded property marketing flyers, brochures, emails, social media tiles, and signage for multiple agency leasing assignments.Perform maintenance and updates of existing marketing materials to ensure ongoing accuracy.Assist in the coordination of email communications concerning leasing efforts and manage the process of distribution list updates.Project manage deliverables created and maintained by the external design hub.Partner with Brokerage Sales Assistants to manage the day-to-day activities of our agency portfolio including providing activity and status reports while managing the workflow and approval process.Manage & maintain agency listings on the JLL website and other listing service sites.Assist in planning and vendor coordination as needed for industry functions, client events, and open houses.Partner with signage vendors to display JLL information on buildings in the marketplace.

Minimum Requirements

Be experienced in the workplace in an administrative support role or related role - a fast-paced work environment preferred, real estate experience a plus.Possess advanced Microsoft Office product knowledge - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.Be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, etc.).Demonstrate adaptability - Maintain effectiveness in varying environments, tasks, and responsibilities, or with various types of people.Multi-task effectively and enjoy work in a fast-paced environment.Plan and organize - establish a course of action to accomplish goals and evaluate results, develop schedules and task/people assignments, orchestrate multiple activities at once to accomplish goals, use resources effectively and efficiently.Be customer-focused - be dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of the external and internal customer, act with the customer in mind, establish and maintain effective relationships with customers, and gain their trust and respect.Deal with ambiguity - cope effectively with change, shift gears comfortably, decide and act without having the total picture, comfortably handle risk and uncertainty.Display interpersonal savvy - relate well to all kinds of people, inside and outside the organization, using diplomacy and tact.Learn on the fly - learn quickly when facing new problems, be open to change, quickly grasp the essence and underlying structure of anything, enjoy the challenge of unfamiliar tasks.Be a self-starter - be able to start and complete projects independently.Manage time - use time effectively and efficiently, can attend to a broader range of activities, get more done in less time than others.Communicate effectively in writing and orally - be able to speak and write clearly and concisely, get messages across that have the desired effect.Pay attention to detail - be thorough in accomplishing a task with concern for all the areas involved, no matter how small, and not overlook what needs to be done - be depended upon to do each task accurately and completely.
