From kindergarten to college to career, EAB partners with leaders and practitioners to accelerate progress and drive results across enrollment, student success, institutional strategy, data analytics, and advancement.The Role in BriefThe Strategic Leader is the primary relationship manager and consultant for our college and university partner institutions, playing the lead role in embedding our Student Success Technology across campus and ensuring our partners see value in our technology. In addition to partnering with executives and senior leaders to set and execute strategic goals, the Strategic Leader will work with leadership across departments to drive depth and breadth of use of the platform, leverage data to identify new areas of opportunity and identify and overcome systemic obstacles to student retention and graduation success.Primary Responsibilities:Embedding Student Success Technology Adoption and Utilization:Manage the end-to-end relationship with universities and community colleges utilizing EAB’s Student Success technology.Consult with campus executives on establishing and maintaining an effective leadership team responsible for the success of the Student Success Technology.Complete assessment of student support workflows and processes, including advising, tutoring, and other support offices and services across campus.Collaborate with leaders across campus on change management strategies.Partner with EAB technical/data support staff and launch consultants to ensure smooth implementation of our technology platform.Understand the workflow needs and priorities of various constituencies across campuses.Driving Student Success Technology Impact:Serve as partner’s dedicated point of contact, working closely with executive and senior leaders on campus.Create an annual Success Plan based on use of EAB’s Student Success technology.Understand the clear value of the platform to various constituencies.Consult with the campus leadership team on relevant research, best practices, and strategies.Develop engagement strategies with key leaders and collaborators.Facilitate regular discussions with leadership on best practices and strategies.Basic Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree.5+ years of experience in consulting or customer success management.Direct work and relationships with executives and/or senior leaders.Willingness to travel 30-50% domestically.Ideal Qualifications:Experience working in higher education.Deep knowledge of the academy, in particular student success.Proven ability to drive change and achieve results.If you’re unsure about applying, please do!
