Your Impact
Support 3 AVPs (Senior Sales Leaders) and their teams globally
Responsible for organization of team cadences, calls, meetings
Plan & manage internal & external events
Conduct executive outreach to customers and scheduling external meetings
Support with presentation preparation/documentation
Follow up to drive progression on key action items
Manage expenses and procurement processes
Book travel & transportation
Coordinate closely with other cross-functional departments within Anaplan
An ambassador for team culture and fun!
Your Qualifications
Business experience supporting Executives &/or Sales leaders, preferably in a SaaS organization
High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and dealing with professionals inside and outside the company
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Effective at preparing documents/presentations, presenting and communicating meaningful insights and recommendations.
Event planning, expense report, and calendar management experience
Ability to multitask, complete items, and be flexible based on constantly evolving deadlines
Excellent writing, speaking, and grammar skills
University degree a plus!
Base Salary Range:
$79,000—$106,000 USD
