Start your journey.Amex GBT is currently recruiting for a Solutions Consulting Manager to be based in North America.What You’ll Do:Part of a dedicated team focusing on customer requirements.Demo and Reviews of Proprietary and 3rd Party Technology solutions for new select customers.Prepare for large, small, scale software and service deployments.New and existing customer service and products evaluation, design, and documentation into Statement of Work/Contracting process.Winning and retaining travel business by leveraging sales, servicing, technology, travel, and consulting expertise.Building strong internal relationships, networking within the business to build your brand.Learning and developing knowledge of all servicing platforms, travel products, sharing expertise with teams.Lead client presentations and discussions, product demonstrations, proof of concepts, and technical proposals to demonstrate Amex GBT value to clients.What We're Looking For:Strong understanding of workflow analysis, travel industry/online booking tools.Extensive technical knowledge and experience, technical competence and experience with IT service management tools.Bachelor's degree preferred.Demonstrated success in a presales consulting role in Fortune 1000 accounts, experience with procurement and supply chain management.Excellent customer and communication and presentation skills & negotiation skills.Ability to present proposals persuasively.Ability to work well under pressure in an autonomous environment with remote leadership.Develop and maintain working relationships with key internal stakeholders (Sales and Account Management).Passion for driving continuous improvement and business transformation.Willingness to travel up to 25%.Location:
United StatesThe US national annual base salary range for this position is from $50,000 to $100,000. The national range provided includes the base salary that GBT expects to pay for the role. Actual base salary will be based on factors including the scope and complexity of the role and the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and work location.In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for an annual Performance Based Incentive, which rewards participants based on company performance.
