Your expertise will play a crucial role in improving mental health outcomes for individuals in various settings. This is an

onsite or hybrid opportunity offering sign-on bonus and relocation.Principle Duties / Responsibilities:Evaluate and treat patients referred for assessing and treating neuropsychiatric conditions, behavioral health disorders, and comorbid conditions. Provide recommendations for assessment, treatment, and monitoring.Provide psychiatric care to patients upon referral per evidence-based standards and American Psychiatric Association practice guidelines.Provide follow-up care, medication management, and other therapies as appropriate, with clear and thorough documentation of indication and need.Document the appropriate diagnosis or diagnoses and recommend the optimal medication regimen. Optimize and streamline psychotropic medication regimens. Monitor and adjust psychotropic medications to optimize functioning and relieve symptom-related distress.Consult with primary care sites and providers, where indicated, to adjust and simplify medication regimens and treatment approaches.Collaborate with physicians, psychologists, social workers, nurses, or other professionals to discuss and integrate treatment plans and progress. Work with administrative staff.Supervision of nurse practitioners.Represent the company in business development opportunities, including collaboration with the sales team or other departments, to develop new business opportunities.Ensure the gathering and maintenance of patient information and records, including social or medical history obtained from patients, relatives, or other professionals.Examine and/or recommend laboratory and diagnostic testing for general physical and mental health conditions.Qualifications:Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.Board certification or board eligible in Psychiatry.Valid state medical license.Previous experience in outpatient psychiatry preferred.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in using telemedicine technology and electronic health record systems.Compassionate approach to patient care with a focus on collaboration and support.Our client provides:Competitive compensation packageProfit sharingMedical, dental, vision401kPaid vacationPaid holidaysCMERelocation availableSign-on bonus
