Come Join our Chester County Operations as our next Senior Team Lead! This will be a 3rd shift position, 2-2-3.

Are you an experienced leader with a passion for driving operational excellence and fostering a collaborative work environment? We are seeking a dynamic Team Leader to join our team and lead diverse groups of individuals across departments. In this role, you will be instrumental in individual and team development, ensuring quality performance, managing costs, and delivering exceptional service to both internal and external customers. You will work cross-functionally with various departments to develop and execute strategic operations initiatives, solve problems, and facilitate projects and meetings.

As a Team Leader, you will direct multiple teams, mentor and coach team members, and influence cross-functional departments to identify and execute improvement projects. You will be responsible for workforce planning, approving timecards, and acting as the site coordinator for crisis management. Your role will involve cascading goals to support the department vision, managing performance actions, and collaborating with Operations Managers and Human Resources on personnel investigations and strategic workforce planning. You will also make hiring decisions and mentor junior team leaders in talent selection and change management.

Your deep technical expertise in operations, manufacturing, distribution, and supply chain processes will be crucial as you mentor team members and advise stakeholders on technical issues. You will drive problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging LEAN principles to promote change management. Ensuring compliance with regulatory and safety standards, you will proactively identify and address environmental and safety issues, lead incident investigations, and act as a Safety Champion.

What You Will Need:

Bachelor’s degree plus 4 years of production, operations or logistics experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of military operations and leadership experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR High School diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 8 years of production, operations or logistics experience.

3 years of supervisory or managerial experience; demonstrates team building, leadership and mentoring skills.

2 years of technical production/operations or technical maintenance experience.

Required to work any assigned shift.

Experience implementing Lean Manufacturing practices.

Experience leading high performance work teams and providing motivation to achieve plan goals.

Experience using a production work management system.

Environmental, health and safety experience in a manufacturing environment.

Experience defining problems, collecting data, establishing facts, and drawing valid conclusions.

Experience managing Quality standards in a manufacturing environment.

Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.

What Will Set You Apart:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering plus 4 years of production, operations or logistics experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Management plus 5 years of manufacturing operations management, or logistics operations management experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.

4 years of supervisory or managerial experience; demonstrates team building, leadership and mentoring skills.

MBA or Master’s Degree in Engineering.

Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Consumer Package Goods experience.

Experience working with Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and establishing sound maintenance procedures to assure equipment reliability.

Robotics or controls experience.

Experience managing processes within the Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA).

Experience interpreting an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and dealing with several abstract and concrete variables.

Experience with MS Office Suite.

Skilled at handling unusual or difficult inquiries/situations through direct personal action or refer to the appropriate individual.

Experience working with all levels and functions within the Company.

Demonstrated ability to adapt and overcome obstacles; stress tolerance.

Compensation:

Hiring Salary Range Posted: $88,200.00 - $132,300.00

Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
