Job Description
Liaison for PT/PC with internal (LctP) and external Bosch associates
Coordinate high level visits with Board members, Divisional leaders, etc.
Visitor preparation - coordinate executive leadership meetings to LctP site
Coordinate Plant Leadership Team and Extended Plant Leadership Team
meetings and workshops
Plan and organize plant wide or special events such as the Bosch Picnic,
Women@Bosch event, etc.
Support PM System Continuous Improvement projects and action items
Provide administrative support to Plant Manager
Proactively advise executives regarding presentation and communication
content
Extensive calendar management
Assist plant management with master plant schedule
Maintain PM external master meeting schedule
Manage travel arrangements for PM
Maintain plant calendar
Maintain various filing systems, ensuring security and confidentiality
Perform other duties as assigned
Position requires a flexible work schedule
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
High level of proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
High level of organizational skills; excellent attention to detail; strong ability
to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines
Must be able to quickly adapt to changing situations, remaining calm under
pressure in a fast-paced environment
Strong time management skills
Strong level of flexibility, initiative and sense of urgency
Ability to interact with people at all levels of the organization
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Should possess creativity, resourcefulness and a strong internal/external
customer service orientation
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle issues of a
sensitive nature with tact and discretion
Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to collaborate
effectively with a broad range of individuals and groups
Preferred qualifications:
3-5 years’ experience as an executive management assistant
3-5 years’ experience in a similar role closely supporting senior leaders
4 year degree - within the last 2 years
