Description of Duties:
The Junior Client Support Administrator (Jr CSA) supports the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) on the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract. The candidate will:
• Conduct day-to-day administration of hardware, software, network and users.
• Provide in person and Phone Support to MDA End user troubleshooting Computers, Printers, Software, Operating Systems, and Office Products.
• Install Hardware at End Users offices (Laptops, Desktops, Monitors, etc).
• Maintain professional behavior and dress.
• Contribute to large scale Projects and Events.
The successful candidate will:
• Have strong written and verbal communication skills.
This is a Customer facing position and the position requires some travel.
Resumes, in month and year format, must be submitted with application in order to be considered for the position. The selected candidate may be assigned as an employee for one of our teammate companies.
Basic Requirements:
Must have one of the following combinations of education and experience: HS Diploma (or GED) and 1 year of general experience; Associate’s degree, or higher, and 0 years of general experience
• Must have 2 years of related experience in relevant business systems, operating systems, and servers and/or experience in light programming, project management of small initiatives, and troubleshooting
• Must be able to lift and carry 25 lbs
• Must be able to move freely around a large facility, perform under desk work, as well as other physical aspects of the position
• Must have a current DoD 8570 IAT level II certification (e.g. Security+, Systems Security Certified Practitioner)
• Must have an active DoD Secret Security Clearance
Desired Requirements:
• Have Customer Service and DoD experience
This position is expected to pay $55,000 - $80,000 annually; depending on experience, education, and any certifications that are directly related to the position.
