Manage North American go-to-market strategy and growth initiatives focused on industry leading hardware, software, and services portfolio to generate leads for the pipeline with connection to direct sales revenue generation support.JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESCampaign Strategy & Lead Generation Activation:
Leads planning for campaigns and digital marketing across Ricoh’s Graphic Communications portfolio. Builds an innovative data-backed strategy to increase campaign volume and diversity, localize campaigns, and support new products go to market.Works collaboratively with executive briefing/customer experience teams to drive customer engagement.Leads development of campaign strategy, trade media plan, paid digital marketing strategy, and trade show strategy with support from outsourced partners and in-house resources.Develops demand generation, social media, and tradeshow/event channel strategy in collaboration with key stakeholders.Manages campaign implementation in the marketing automation platform and CRM system, collaborating closely with Inside Sales and Lead Teams.Provides regular reports and insights to investment and executive teams, demonstrating the impact of marketing efforts.Serves as liaison across departments to ensure integrated marketing campaigns.Collaborates with sales operations, field marketing, and channel marketing to provide visibility to marketing campaigns.Manages product, webinar, and event content to support internal thought leaders.Directs team activities supporting customer contact, councils, and user groups, adjusting marketing strategies based on lead reporting.Product Launch:
Partners with sales and product leadership to drive demand and regularly attends pipeline and revenue review calls.Writes and edits content for portfolio, campaign, and business messaging.Engages with the marketing team to ensure awareness of best practices.Ensures timely communication of go-to-market information across sales channels.Responsible for understanding market trends and customer needs to guide messaging.Brand & Reputation:
Aligns marketing communications with brand guidelines.Works with PR and social media leaders to develop focused organic posts and editorial calendars.Participates in brainstorming and creative concept meetings.Partners with Analyst Relations leader to ensure updates are shared with leadership.Budget & Planning:
Manages financial aspects of marketing initiatives.QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience, and Certifications)College degree or equivalent experience required.Minimum of 10 years’ experience in leadership role leading Marketing Strategy and campaigns in technology, services, or software.Minimum of 5 years in product management or go-to-market/field management.Proven track record as a strategic partner to sales leadership.Adept at building and leading through collaboration in a dynamic environment.Extensive knowledge and experience delivering demand generation programs.Knowledge of Eloqua, Oracle Sales Cloud, web, and Highspot is an advantage.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIESSubject matter expertise in B2B vertical industries.Ability to create and manage full-range new product plans.Strategic and creative problem-solving experience.Digital Marketing Experience.WORKING CONDITIONS, MENTAL AND PHYSICAL DEMANDSTypically, an office environment with adequate lighting and ventilation.
