Learn more at www.KINESSO.com.Position SummaryYou will serve as the primary day-to-day client contact on a specific piece(s) of business. This role involves deep client vertical knowledge which leads to managing the account and developing and executing innovative search engine optimization (SEO) programs that address clients' strategic objectives. You will also be responsible for the development of strong SEO teams leading the execution of world-class SEO programs.ResponsibilitiesLead SEO engagements for a major account.Act as a relationship liaison between the client, partner agencies, and the search practice.See projects through to the end, turning actionable recommendations into verifiable client ROI.Ramp up new clients as they are brought onboard to enable smooth transitions.Work with client business partners to upsell SEO and increase scope during annual planning.Ensure SEO gets a seat at the table when it comes to digital agency of record (AOR) RFPs.Partner with operations and finance teams to ensure profitable engagements.Collaborate with directors in other cities to maintain a consistent level of service internationally.Required Skills & ExperienceExceptional experience in online marketing, analytics, web development, and content creation; candidates who do not possess at least some SEO experience will not be considered.Exceptional experience in growing, managing, and inspiring search teams with strong leadership abilities.Specific past experience with HTML is required.Strong grasp of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.KINESSO does not require candidates to have a college degree.Desired Skills & ExperienceAbility to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.Proven ability to represent company philosophies and expertise to external parties.Continued enthusiasm towards the medium and the desire to constantly educate oneself.Consistent organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy when working with numbers.Understanding of the search industry including key players, vendors, and technologies.Talent for gleaning insights from web analytics platforms (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics).Proven ability to collaborate with and persuade team leads from other departments.Attention to detail and the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.Wage and BenefitsWe offer a Total Rewards package that includes medical and dental coverage, 401(k) plans, flex spending, life insurance, disability, employee discount program, employee stock purchase program and paid family benefits to support you and your family.
