In this role you will be responsible for managing the sales operations for the Private Label division of our company. As the Director of Sales, you will play a key role in developing and implementing strategies to drive sales growth and increase market share.Duties/Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and objectivesDevelop and execute sales strategies and initiatives to drive revenue growthBuild and maintain relationships with key customers and strategic partnersIdentify opportunities for new business development and market expansionAnalyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify areas of growth and improvementCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of sales plansEnsure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service and supportManage sales budgets and forecast sales projectionsStay up-to-date with industry trends and best practicesProvide regular reports and updates on sales performance and progressQualifications:
Proven experience in a similar sales management role within the private label industryDemonstrated ability to drive sales growth and meet or exceed sales targetsStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrategic thinking and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to build and maintain relationships with key clients and partnersStrong analytical and data-driven approachAbility to thrive in a fast-paced and results-oriented environmentBachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field10+ years of sales experience, preferably in the private label industryCompensation and Benefits:
