This leader will be the single-threaded business owner of Lenovo B2C e-comm and SaaS $100M plus run rate business with GTM, marketplace, business development, pipeline ownership and responsibility to execute entire business strategy for scaling this strategic line of business.This strategic role requires a strong track record in leading, defining, designing, deploying, and monetizing SaaS and e-commerce software solutions for the consumer applications and software segment. Domain areas of expertise should include deep expertise in 1 or more of the following:Application stores and digital commerce for consumer SaaS softwareISV software partner acquisition, onboarding and engagement at scaleThe ideal candidate will also have hands-on experience in analyzing large data sets, managing data at scale, advanced data insights, and/or automation.Responsibilities:Define global consumer software business strategy, vision and execution planExecute outbound go-to-market, sales enablement for organic and partner solutionsDefine solution roadmap by leading inbound activities from architecture to developmentDrive End-to-End e-comm solution portfolio lifecycle management from concept to EOLDeliver customer satisfaction and success across the full customer life cycleBalance high-level strategic thinking with hands-on tactical work to get things done quicklyThrive in a fast-paced dynamic startup-like environment and insist on the highest standardsLead high-performance team, retain and grow top talentMinimum Qualifications:10 years working experience with proven track record in consumer e-comm/SaaS, software marketplace, and full consumer lifecycle managementBachelor's degree in business, marketing, computer science or relevant field of studyBackground in B2C SaaS, ecommerce, channel strategies with proven track record of driving results, partnering cross-functionally, delivering strong revenue pipelineStrong understanding of e-commerce technologies, including partner ecosystem, app stores and marketplacesPreferred Qualifications:15+ years of experience with $50M P&L responsibility in sales leadership, business development, or partner management within B2C SaaS and ecommerce or technology sectorsDemonstrated track record of establishing strategic relationships with ISV partners and/or brandsComfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasked, high-energy environmentBachelor's degree in business, marketing, computer science or relevant field of study, MBA earned at Top Tier business schoolData-driven and 'quantitative' mentality with an ability to back up ideas with facts or examplesStrong verbal and written communication skills and ability to speak effectively to any audience#LI-DB1We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any federal, state, or local protected class.
