ARMC is a twenty-four hour facility; applicants must indicate their shift availability in the Supplemental Questionnaire of the application. Shift differentials are provided.Candidates must qualify under

ONE

of the following options:OPTION 1:

One (1) year of experience in which the primary responsibility is in

supporting Epic applications

(i.e., troubleshoot; assist and instruct end-users in effective use; resolve problems).OPTION 2:

Two (2) years of experience in which the primary responsibility is in

supporting Electronic Health Record (EHR) business applications

(i.e., troubleshoot; assist and instruct end-users in effective use; resolve problems).NOTE: General IT experience (unrelated to Electronic Health Records) is not considered qualifying.The ideal candidate will possess:Knowledge of Epic functionality in any app as an end-user.Six (6) months experience in a clinical or health care organization role.Experience providing technical assistance, training, and support in the use of an electronic medical record (Preferably Epic).Currently hold an Epic Credential/Certification or willing to complete a six-week program to obtain credential in assigned application.Background in providing daily system support to staff including troubleshooting problems with the system to ensure proper resolution and functionality for end users.Participated in the Epic Superuser program.Demonstrate ability to collaborate with computer training business partners to maintain effectiveness of training programs.Participation in 1 or more Epic implementations as an end-user or Epic trainer.Application Procedure
