The Parts Manager is responsible for leading the Parts department to achieve maximum efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness and member and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities for Operational Excellence:Prepare budget, establish pricing, and approve controllable expensesEstablish, inspect, monitor, and maintain a balanced inventoryCreate and submit orders throughout the day Reconcile invoices, forecast and track expenses, and prepare reportsAssist with physical inventory, checking in orders, and calling and routingAssist with work schedules, timecards, and payrollAssist with recruiting, training, and performance recognition and evaluationsEnsure needs are met for internal jobsEnsure the quality of customer serviceSeek ways to improve business outcomesSupport member success and developmentPartner with all stakeholders to ensure store success
Leadership Capabilities:Previous experience in automotive parts and/or management Ability to lead change in a fast-paced work environmentAttention to detail and strong organizational skills Strong problem-solving and thought leadershipSincere care for members and guests
Foundational Requirements:High school diploma or equivalentMinimum of eighteen years of age Pass pre-employment screens (background drug test)Understanding and compliance with federal, state and local regulations Utilization of the Client Concern Resolution (CCR) processAdherence to Park Place Privacy and Information Security Policy
