This individual will provide personalized “how to operate“ information to the customer and ensure a flawless delivery while exceeding customer expectations.Ensure that vehicles have met all pre-delivery checklist requirementsProgram personalized settings prior to customer deliveryAssess customer knowledge and priorities to personalize each deliveryExplain and demonstrate vehicle features and technology, focusing on customer comfort level and retentionFollow up with customers after delivery to answer any outstanding questions or conduct a second delivery if needed/requestedAddress and resolve customer inquiries/concerns pertaining to vehicle technology issuesDeliver a delightful Volvo sales experience each and every timeAssist the sales and service staff on how to properly explain and demonstrate technology to a customerTroubleshoot vehicle technology featuresMinimum Requirements:Must be at least eighteen years of ageMust have a valid Driver’s LicenseMust pass pre-employment screens (background and drug test)Pay and Recognition:Weekly payPaid holidays & paid time offPaid trainingStock equity grant awards
