Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Strategy
    Develop, implement, and manage financial models to support the company's short- and long-term strategic planning.

  • Budgeting & Forecasting
    Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company goals.

  • Data-Driven Analysis
    Perform detailed financial and variance analysis to inform executive decision-making.

  • Executive Reporting
    Prepare and present financial insights and performance reports to senior management.

  • Cross-Department Collaboration
    Partner with various teams to drive financial visibility, identify improvement opportunities, and optimize business performance.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field (MBA or CFA a plus)
  • 5+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or similar roles within financial services
  • Strong Analytical Skills
    Proficiency in data analysis and financial modeling

  • Advanced Excel Skills
    Experience with financial modeling, scenario analysis, and reporting

  • Excellent communication skills for presenting complex financial information to stakeholders at all levels
