60005Job DescriptionA Chambersburg based client is seeking an excellent and compassionate Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join their practice to provide outpatient psychiatric services to all ages in a community health center. An ideal candidate is collaborative, believes in patient-centered care, and is a motivated leader . The team has five General Psychiatrists, four Child Adolescent Psychiatrists, one Nurse Practitioner, one Physician Assistant, eight Behavioral Health Therapists, and a full support team.Required QualificationsGraduated from an accredited Masters or Doctorate in Nurse Practitioner programCurrent PA medical license
Current DEA certificateBoard eligible or certified in psychiatryCurrent BLS certification1.5 years of experience or moreResponsibilitiesProvides direct psychiatric evaluation and evidenced-based pharmacologic treatment of patients
