Currently looking for skilled individuals to fill 2nd Shift temp-to-hire Molder openings with a company located in Eden Prairie, MN. Interested candidates should preferably have molding machine operation experience.
Job Responsibilities of the Molder:
Sets up and operates one or more injection-molding machines that mold thermoplastic materialsSets up the machine by positioning mold and adjusting machine for required stroke, pressure, temperature and cyclesWork includes cycling the machine, removing part(s) from mold, removing scrap material from molded object(s), checking molded parts by gauging and visual inspection, as prescribedChanges and adjusts molding conditions such as temperature, pressure, feed, and time as necessary to correct deficiencies in qualityJob Requirements of the Molder:
Prior Molding Machine Operator experience is a requiredGood attention to detailGood measurement skillsAbility to sit or stand for extended periods of timeGood communication skillsHigh school diploma or GEDAbility to pass a drug screen and background check
Compensation for the Molder:
The starting salary for this position is $18.70 to $20.70 per hour.
