Position Overview: Join our dynamic team as a Senior Accountant, where you'll play a crucial role in financial reporting, analysis, and process improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage monthly close process and prepare financial statements
- Oversee cost accounting and inventory valuation
- Lead budget preparation and variance analysis
- Coordinate external audit processes
- Supervise staff accountants and review their work
- Drive process automation and efficiency improvements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5+ years of accounting experience, manufacturing industry preferred
- CPA preferred
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and cost accounting principles
- Advanced Excel skills and ERP system experience
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
What We Offer:
