Hiring Hub is currently looking for Recruiting Assistant to join our fast-paced staffing and recruiting firm. The Recruitment Assistant

plays a crucial role in ensuring efficient and organized recruitment processes within Hiring Hub.

Duties:

Answers and directs incoming calls

Coordinates hiring activities by scheduling interviews, screening resumes, and maintaining candidate databases.

Assists with onboarding processes

Administrative duties like preparing job ads.

Support interviewers and candidates by managing calendars and resolving issues promptly.

Orders office supplies

Maintains employee files are in compliance

Requirements:

Previous administrative experience

Strong internal and external customer service

High sense of urgency and attention to detail

Strong written/verbal communication skills

Bi-lingual Spanish preferred but not required

Excellent MS Word skills
