This position offers a hybrid work schedule based out of our King County location, and an LPO license is strongly preferred.
What You’ll Do:
Coordinate Closings: Manage the closing process from start to finish, preparing essential escrow instructions, ensuring documentation accuracy, and balancing disbursement of funds.
Client Communication: Serve as the primary contact for clients, lenders, agents, and other stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and timely progress updates.
Escrow Processing: Use our cutting-edge software and support systems to handle file tasking, document preparation, and compliance requirements efficiently.
Collaboration and Strategy: Partner with management, sales, and marketing to drive branch profitability, retain clients, and secure new business opportunities.
File Accuracy: Review all preliminary report/title commitments, clear any title discrepancies, and issue accurate title policies.
Training and Development: Guide and mentor escrow assistants, promoting best practices for maximum efficiency and quality.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in escrow is required, with a thorough understanding of title insurance, escrow fees, and industry-specific terminology.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and company-provided software; Notary Commission preferred.
Attention to Detail: Exceptional organizational skills and precision, especially in managing documentation, numbers, and deadlines.
Strong Communicator: Polished in written and verbal communication, with the ability to actively listen and connect with team members and clients.
Professional and Positive: Represent Old Republic Title with integrity, positivity, and professionalism in all client interactions.

The estimated pay range stated represents the typical pay range for this position or similarly employed employees or employees performing substantially similar work. Factors which may be used to determine the actual pay rate may include, but are not limited to, education, training or experience; seniority; merit and work performance; quantity or quality of production; regional differences in compensation; differences in local minimum wages, or ability and effort.
Pay Range for the position is between $38.00 - $52.80 hourly.
Old Republic complies with all federal, state and local laws including minimum wage requirements. In the event a minimum hourly rate stated is lower than the minimum wage required by law, Old Republic will always pay an amount equal to or greater than the minimum wage required by law.
