Focus:Direct and manage the ongoing activities essential to maintaining the reliability and efficiency of mission-critical data center infrastructure.Ensure the reliability and performance of essential electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems to meet operational standards.Manage and mentor facility personnel, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.Collaborate with various teams across the organization to address technical issues and optimize performance.Utilize Microsoft Office applications to generate reports, track performance, and manage team schedules.Skill Set:Seasoned infrastructure professional with more than seven years of experience delivering high-availability solutions in dynamic data center settings.Proven leadership background with over seven years of experience guiding high-performing teams.A Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline (or equivalent work experience).Strong technical expertise, with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across various levels of the organization.Proven leadership ability to direct work teams and ensure smooth operational workflows.About Blue Signal:Blue Signal is an award-winning, executive search firm specializing in various specialties.
