What You'll DoEngineering standard OS builds and layered products, RedHat Enterprise Linux and Suse Linux Enterprise Server, automation, system configurations
Testing of components to ensure compatibility and safety
Developing automation to reduce toil and privileged access
Writing technical documentation, including design documentation, training materials, and white papers
How You'll LeadManagement and ownership of selected critical problem cases within the Bank, drive through to resolution as level 3/4 subject matter expertise engineering resource
Strong leadership skills
Skills You'll NeedKnowledge of RedHat Enterprise Linux and Suse Linux Enterprise Server
Broad knowledge of other Unix Operating Systems and associated add-on technology stacks
OS level problem determination, problem analysis and tuning experience (memory, disk, network, file system, etc.), problem solving
Experience with Ansible, git/stash, TeamCity/Jenkins, Jira, Confluence
Scripting skills (Python, Perl, shell)
Skills That Will Help You ExcelExcellent communication skills, both written and spoken
Bachelor's degree in relevant field
Self-motivated
