About The Role

The Ramp Web Engineering team is 4 people strong and currently searching for its 5th engineer. Our ideal candidate has a passion for web development, is a great cross-functional communicator and possesses a knack for getting the visuals right. Our tech stack currently includes Webflow, JavaScript, Python and Vue.

Please note that this Web Engineer role will require you to be comfortable with working in-person at our NYC HQ (located near Madison Square Park) at least 2 days/week*

What You'll Do

Develop visually appealing and SEO-friendly web pages on our company website (https://ramp.com/)Plan, execute, and analyze A/B tests to optimize conversion rates and user engagement.Collaborate with the Growth team to build site tools (https://ramp.com/free-tools), chrome extensions and product demo experiencesSupport the Partnerships and Paid Ads teams by leveraging third-party tools (HubSpot,Branch.io, Zapier,Clay, Airtable) to build lead collection workflows for events, conferences and product advertisements

What You Need

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related fieldMinimum 3 years of experience in web development, including proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScriptDemonstrated expertise in A/B testing methodologies and toolsExcellent communication skills with a proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams

Nice-to-Haves

Experience with Webflow or any other content management systems (CMS)Familiarity with SEO principles and best practicesPrior experience in visual/interaction design, UX/UI, branding & identity, or typography

Compensation

The annual salary/OTE range for the target level for this role is $114,750-$135,000 + target equity + benefits (including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k)
