Training Specialist - Satellite Communication Systems

Our National Security Sector is seeking a Training Specialist to develop, instruct, and support Warfighter requirements for Operator and Maintainer New Equipment Training (NET) analysis, design, development, and implementation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with satellite communication (SATCOM) equipment, baseband system components, radios, line of sight (LOS), and wireless fidelity (Wi-Fi) systems.Primary Responsibilities:Develop, design, and deliver training packages in accordance with Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) regulations.Conduct field level maintenance and troubleshoot TN systems to ensure continuous operation.Coordinate with government customers to prepare and maintain training plans for current and future systems.Provide classroom instruction and field level training on TN systems and sub-systems.Basic QualificationsBachelor's Degree or equivalent Military Occupation Specialty (MOS) with hands-on experience on related TN systems.Active DoD secret security clearance.Technical understanding and experience with TN systems and SATCOM, LOS, and Wi-Fi systems.Familiarity with LAN and WAN networking.
