The application service offered by the company includes application development, maintenance, and support. The markets served by the company are financial services and insurance, healthcare, manufacturing, government, transportation, communications, and consumer and retail industries. Rate Range: $60-$65/Hr Job Description: Senior QA/QE or SDET Specialist in the testing/automation of BFSI domains product applications or solutioning. Able to create the BDD Agile test strategy, approach and test plan and able to deliver the in-sprint automation tasks with QA/QE team or independently Should have 10-12 years of experience in automation analysis, Automation Test Architecture, design and end to end implementation of BDD TDD ATDD Test Automation in Agile development Environment SDET Automation Lead is responsible for TDD-BDD test automation framework setup, configuration of framework, libraries in QA environment with right automation approach Expertise in Web UI Selenium, BDD- Java cucumber, BDD Karate, Test framework scripting, API automation using BDD rest assured, TestNG framework or other modern test tools / frameworks like Playwright automation tool, Cypress etc. Creating BDD Gherkin Test cases with GWT keyword and design scenarios, creating feature files with data driven test steps, steps definitions code and script execution and report validation with cucumber HTML and Allure etc. Experience in setting the direction for automated testing, test data setup for automation and CI-CD DevOps pipeline integration with BDD Test automation framework on Git, GitLab / Jenkins CI server platform. Provide leadership for test design and guidance during test specification development. Drive test automation best practices implementation and TDD BDD ATDD driven test guidelines and compliance process in banking domains. Review and approve test plans and test designs (prepared by test team and technical stakeholders) Interface with Product manager, Project manager, scrum lead and development teams to understand the product functionality and test specs for automation Ensure that all the QA/QE teams follow a common test methodology using common best practices, tools and test approach Cooperates in product quality assessment analysis with DevQAOps Metrics Should have good experience in wide range of automation and development tools like Selenium-Java, BDD Cucumber, TestNG, Junit, Java Spring boot, BDD API Karate, Playwright, Cypress Frameworks etc., Mock API, SOAP UI Pro, TOSCA Tricentis, JMeter, CA blaze meter, Java-Mockito, and TDM tools and Service Virtualization tools, Splunk, OAuth, and databases (Oracle/MySQL/ MSSQL), Optional - Python and AI/Client programming etc. Experienced in designing test solutions for cloud automation development systems, good exposure to cloud, Azure, AWS and GCP cloud automation and exposure to CI-CD integration, SCM tools, Reports/Metrics services Having certification in modern test automation tool and development tools, will be an added advantage. Should have excellent presentation, Innovative ideas & communication skills.
