ServiceNow Senior Developer at CRI Advantage, Inc. in Boise, Idaho, United States Job Description CRI Advantage is looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our rapidly growing ServiceNow practice.The ServiceNow Senior Developer will perform as a team Implementation Lead and work on ServiceNow implementations, integrations, configurations, and custom application development. This position will also provide ServiceNow proofs of concept, product functional demos, and other development activities in support of business development. This is a Full-Time position.Must be a US CitizenResponsibilities:Work in collaboration with CRI's project managers, business analysts, and technical resources to:Conduct requirement gathering workshops with customers and document project functional and non-functional requirements and/or User Stories.Manage execution of User Stories and help maintain backlog within Sprints and Epics. Develop custom items, features, and workflows to satisfy business need.Design and develop queries, widgets, reports, and dashboards.Code in HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and other relevant languages and tools to deliver application functionality.Build unit and functional test specifications and/or scripts; conduct unit and functional testing; oversee and/or assist customer acceptance testing; conduct post-production release testing.Develop and deliver customer training. Collaborate with CRI's Sales team and other co-workers to develop accounts, including presenting ServiceNow and CRI capabilities.Assist in assessing opportunities for fit with ServiceNow products and recommending solutions.Develop demo instances, highlighting CRI's ability to address customer requirements. Required Work Experience:Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong work ethic and customer service mentality.Experience developing on the ServiceNow platform, including implementation and configuration of the core ServiceNow applications.Experience administering a ServiceNow instance, including users, workflows, business rules, UI pages, UI actions, UI policies, ACLs, service portal, widgets, and catalog items.Possess a good understanding of ITIL process framework.Knowledge of Scrum/agile development principles.Skills to effectively analyze and solve problems.Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, vendors, clients, and public.Strong ServiceNow implementation experience across the spectrum of IT and Business process support and automation application modules. Industry experience developing and integrating solutions utilizing ServiceNow from requirements gathering, configuration/customization, through testing to final implementation. Experience with ITSM product suite is desired. Experience with CSM product suite is prefered. Experience with ITBM product suite is desired. Experience with ITOM (Discovery/Visibility) product suites is desired. Experience with ITAM product suite is desired. Experience with Security Operations product suite is desired. Experience integrating third-party software and APIs with ServiceNow is desired. Experience with Web Services Integration (SOAP, REST, Bootstrap, AngularJS and JSON), System and Process Automation is desired. Education Requirements:Bachelor's degree in technical discipline or related field with 6 plus years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Certifications Required at Time of Hire:Current with Certified System Administrator (CSA), and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS). Need 2 CIS certifications such as ITSM, CSM (preferred), HRSD, ITOM Discovery, ITOM Visibility etc. Certifications Required within 6 months of Hire:Certified Application Developer (CAD) Employee Job Functions:Employee Job Functions are physical actions and/or working conditions associated with the position.
