Examinetics is hiring a skilled Salesforce Administrator Specialist to join our growing team This is a full time position and we are considering candidates based in the US only. Upon successful completion of on site travel/training to our Overland Park, KS office, this will be a remote position. This position will focus on managing our Salesforce platform and ensure that our organization maximizes its capabilities. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and a passion for enhancing user experience and driving productivity through effective use of the Salesforce ecosystem. Benefits: $85,000 per year Health, Vision, Dental 401K Accrue up to 3 weeks of Paid Time Off (PTO) Primary Responsibilities: Create, manage, and support user accounts, profiles, and permissions to ensure the right access levels. Maintain data integrity through regular audits, data cleansing, and deduplication efforts. Configure Salesforce applications, including custom objects, fields, page layouts, and record types to align with business requirements. Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for stakeholders. Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they can effectively utilize the platform to meet their needs. Oversee system updates and releases, and manage sandbox environments for testing and development. Utilize tools like Process Builder, Flow, and Workflow Rules to automate business processes and improve efficiency Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions. Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and user manuals. Configure Salesforce CPQ modules, including product setup, pricing rules, discount management, and quote templates, adhering to best practices for scalability and performance. Optimize and manage Case Management processes, including case lifecycle management, service level agreements (SLAs), and customer service automation within Salesforce. Job Requirements: Education and/or Experiences: Education: Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology and/or relevant related experience Experience: 2 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a similar role. 1 years of experience with Salesforce CPQ configuration, including product rules, pricing models, quoting, and contract management Certifications: Salesforce certifications such as: Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) is preferred Technical Skills: Proficient in Salesforce configuration, data management, and reporting tools; familiarity with Apex and Visualforce including classic and lightening versions. Skills and Abilities: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues and identify solutions effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
