Role Description: Senior Salesforce & CPQ Administrator
Role Purpose:
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce & CPQ Administrator to join our team and support our Go-To-Market (GTM) systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and maintenance of our Salesforce and CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) platforms, ensuring they support our business processes effectively and efficiently. This role will work closely with sales, finance, and operations teams to manage and enhance Salesforce capabilities to meet our business needs.

Responsibilities:Salesforce Administration: Manage user accounts, permissions, and security settings. Maintain and optimize Salesforce instances to ensure data integrity and support business requirements.CPQ Configuration and Support: Configure CPQ solutions, including product rules, pricing, and discounting, to support complex sales and quoting processes.Process Improvement: Analyze and document business requirements to implement streamlined, scalable Salesforce workflows and automation, including triggers, process builders, and flows.User Training and Support: Provide ongoing user training and support, assisting teams in making the most of Salesforce and CPQ tools.Data Management: Ensure data quality through regular audits, deduplication, and data cleansing processes.System Upgrades: Stay up-to-date on Salesforce releases, new features, and best practices, implementing updates as necessary to improve functionality and user experience.Reporting and Analytics: Create and maintain reports and dashboards for stakeholders to provide actionable insights on sales performance and operational metrics.Requirements:
3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with hands-on experience in CPQ.Salesforce Administrator certification required; Advanced Administrator or CPQ Specialist certification is a plus.Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration options, CPQ processes, and workflow automation. Proficient in data management and analytics.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.Demonstrated ability to analyze complex processes, identify improvement opportunities, and implement effective solutions.Bonus:Bachelor's degree preferred.Experience with integrating Salesforce with other business applications, such as NetSuite ERP or marketing automation systems HubSpot.Familiarity with Lightning Experience, SOQL and Apex development.
