Talent Acquisition/Recruiting & HR Coordinator (Bi-Lingual Preferred)
For more than 40 years, Sunrise Landscape, a commercial landscape maintenance, design and installation company, has been serving West Central Florida with a commitment to landscape and service excellence. We have an opportunity for a Coordinator to join our Talent & People team. This role will be crucial in coordinating and supporting the sourcing and hiring top talent to meet our staffing needs, as well as providing "People" support to our team members. Qualified candidates will have previous corporate experience in coordinating full recruitment cycle in a high-volume environment and general "HR tasks" for at least 1-2 years. You will have the opportunity to play a critical role to help attract and build a diverse workforce with an emphasis on an excellent candidate/people experience.
Professional fluency in both English and Spanish is strongly preferred. Candidates with this requirement will be prioritized.

This role can be located in either our Tampa or Venice, FL office. ****
What You Will Do:
Support the Talent team and hiring leaders in coordinating interview schedules, conducting phone screens, and moving candidates through our process.
Supports and creates a positive experience for candidates throughout their recruiting/hiring process.
Manage opening all requisitions for high volume front line roles + office roles; manage entire database of open roles.
Develop job descriptions & post jobs for the Talent Acquisition Specialists via ATS.
Collaborate with hiring manager on approved roles being submitted.
Coordination of vendor relationships.
Support integration efforts of the Talent/People function during acquisitions.
Partners with internal team members on the onboarding process; supporting Orientation sessions as & where needed.
Develop weekly reports & dashboards for hiring & recruiting.
Editing & formatting documents; assist with data entry.
Support a variety of Talent Development projects and initiatives including employee engagement, branding, marketing, diverse recruiting efforts (universities, trade schools, etc.) and social media outreaches.
Supports the development of presentations and information for senior leadership.
Manage intake of workers' compensation incidents/accidents and coordinate with insurance carrier across multiple locations. Attention to detail is extremely important in this area.
What You Bring To Us:
Bachelors' degree required.
Minimum of 2 years' of relevant professional experience in a formalized Talent/HR function ideally in an organization with 500+ employees.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems.
Qualities such as sense of urgency, detail orientation and excellent communication.
Experience working with Human Resource data systems strongly preferred.
Tech-saavy with social media, apps & creative recruitment ideas.
Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
Proven ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously.
The compensation for this role starts at $50,000 annually and will commensurate with experience. There is also an annual bonus, vacation + sick time, full medical, dental and vision benefits as well as a 401k plan (after 6 months) with employer contribution.
