Responsibilities
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for all administrative recruiting, hiring, and onboarding duties. Assists with completion of the hiring process including onboarding, creation of personnel files, candidate screening, and scheduling interviews. Assists with full lifecycle recruiting including resume review, initial screening and recommendation for hire, and the extension of the offer. Performs and/or cross trains in duties related to various aspects of Recruiting, Employment, and HR related compliance. Requires a strong knowledge of operational functions in the organization and knowledge of federal and state laws regarding employment practices. Qualifications
Required Skills/Experience: Bachelor of Arts/Science degree from an accredited university is required. One year of experience in full life-cycle recruiting & onboarding required. PHR/SHRM-CP certification preferred. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) a plus. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build productive relationships and networks. Knowledge of current federal/state regulations related to employment (i.e. EEOC, ADA, etc.) helpful. Ability to travel within Tampa Bay. Physical Demands: Ability to move freely (standing, stooping, walking, bending, pushing and pulling) and lift up to a maximum of fifty (50) pounds without assistance. Must be able to sit for extended periods of time. Must be able to read, write, speak and type English. Must be able to hear and use a telephone. Use of computer requires repetitive keystrokes. Work Environment: This role is fully remote, with the option to work from our HQ or retail locations. As part of your role, you will occasionally travel between various Grow locations within the Tampa Bay Area, networking events, job fairs and other related events.
