Full TimeThe IT Solutions Coordinator is responsible for facilitating the coordination and delivery of various IT services to meet the needs of our clients and internal stakeholders. This individual collaborates closely with cross-functional teams, clients, vendors, and IT specialists to ensure seamless execution and successful implementation of solutions. The IT Solutions Coordinator will utilize problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills to focus on delivering value and driving continuous improvementResponsibilities:Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable IT solutionsCoordinate the planning, design, development, and implementation of IT solutions, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and budget constraintsServe as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates, addressing inquiries, and managing expectations throughout the solution delivery processWork closely with IT specialists, engineers, and vendors to assess technical feasibility, identify optimal solutions, and resolve technical issues or challengesDevelop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including solution specifications, requirements documents, project plans, and status reportsMonitor project progress, track milestones, and manage deliverables to ensure timely completion and adherence to quality standardsIdentify risks, issues, and dependencies related to solution delivery in a proactive mannerImplement mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions and ensure the success of projectsFacilitate effective communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams, fostering a positive and productive working environmentConduct post-implementation reviews and assessments to evaluate solution performance, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for improvementMaintain knowledge of emerging technologies and best practices in IT solution delivery to share knowledge and insights with internal teamsQualifications:Bachelors degree in information technology, computer science or related field (A comparable combination of work experience and training may be substituted for education requirements.)2 or more years of experience as an IT Solutions Coordinator, IT Project Coordinator, IT Project Manager, or similar role managing the delivery of IT solutions and servicesStrong knowledge of IT systems, technologies, and architectures with the ability to assess technical requirements and propose effective solutionsAbility to build rapport and establish positive relationships with clients and stakeholdersProficient in project management methodologies, tools, and techniques, such as Agile, Waterfall, or Microsoft ProjectAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, independently and as part of a collaborative teamAble to prioritize tasks, deal effectively with competing and changing priorities, and meet deadlines. Accurate, detail-oriented, and organized. Able to analyze and resolve difficult problems and situations.
