Seasoned multi-disciplinary expert with extensive technical and / or business knowledge and functional expertise 2. Focus of role is on execution of strategic direction of business function activities 3. Carries out complex initiatives involving multiple disciplines and/or ambiguous issues 4. Displays a balanced, cross-functional perspective, liaising with the business to improve efficiency, effectiveness and productivity 5. Makes staffing decisions, manages expenses and salary review process for the division 6. Participates in developing division strategic plan and sets goals and priorities based on the direction set for the unit; follows through to ensure that objectives are met 7. Provides leadership and guidance to staff, fostering an environment that encourages employee participation, teamwork, and communication. Knowledge : Information Technology operations and risk knowledge is essential. PowerBI and SQL expertise is necessary. Ability to consult with internal clients and advise them on value-added analytics is critical. Must set the tone for the team by example in helping develop valuable insights from data with speed and quality. Should be forward leaning in technology and automation. Pave the way for diagnostic, predictive and prescriptive analytics. Excellent oral and written communication skills are required In-depth Functional / Industry Knowledge is required Highly flexible and adaptable to change Technical skills / systems knowledge is required Leadership and organizational skills are required to determine the Business Unit's goals, resources needed, and to assess and develop the skills of staff.
