In this role, you will be responsible for managing, analyzing, and ensuring compliance of data environments using Delphix's Continuous Compliance solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement data masking, data virtualization, and secure data delivery practices that align with industry regulations and company policies.

What You’ll DoLead efforts to analyze and manage data environments to ensure they meet compliance requirements.Utilize Delphix's Continuous Compliance tools to monitor, audit, and enforce data protection standards across the organization.Collaborate with stakeholders to identify sensitive data and apply appropriate masking or encryption techniques.Implement and manage data masking solutions to protect sensitive information in non-production environments.Use Delphix to create and maintain virtual data environments that mirror production data for testing and development without compromising security.Develop and generate compliance reports to demonstrate adherence to data protection regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, etc.Work closely with IT, Legal, Security, and Data Science teams to ensure continuous compliance across all data environments.QualificationsMinimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, with at least 2 years specializing in data compliance.Extensive experience with Delphix Continuous Compliance or similar data masking and virtualization tools.Proficiency in SQL, Python, or other programming languages used in data analysis.Strong understanding of data privacy regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, etc.Experience with data masking, encryption, and secure data delivery methodologies.BenefitsMedical InsuranceDentalVisionLife insuranceAccidental death and dismembermentShort-term and long-term Disability InsuranceParental LeaveEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Traditional and Roth 401(k) with company matchFlexible Spending Account (FSA)Employee Stock Purchase Plan at 5% discountCritical Illness InsuranceAccident InsuranceTransportation and Commuting BenefitsBanking BenefitsPet InsuranceFrom our first day in business, Wintrust has been proud to serve a variety of unique communities and people from all walks of life.
