Position OverviewThe Principal Software Engineer is primarily responsible for the design, architecture, development, and maintenance of applications, including requirements analysis, customizations, database changes, screen changes, security definition and workflow. Converts system requirements into logical program designs, code modules and stable application systems.

Qualifications8 years of experience working with Salesforce CRMExperience working with Lightning Web Components, APEX, and REST APIs3 years of experience managing and leading other developersStrong knowledge and use of object-oriented methodologies and frameworks and Webservice technologiesComfortable working across teams, with good organizational skills, ability to work independently, good communication skills, good negotiation skills, and excellent analytical skills. Must be able to operate within and enhance a team environment
