Pay Range:Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).
Responsibilities:Responsible for stocking the product backlog by identifying and prioritizing user stories based on business value. Will work closely with stakeholders and the development team to ensure that the product backlog contains all the necessary features and requirements needed to meet the customer's needs.Responsible for capturing and supporting delivery of business and/or system requirements to deliver significant business outcomes. Works with stakeholders to understand needs, capture requirements, perform impact analysis, and works closely with the development team to refine the requirements into actionable specifications.Influences stakeholder strategy, and understands the needs to help envision and create a solution to solve a problem.Establishes and builds relationships with business and technology leaders across multiple organizations.Determines the impact of modifications and enhancements to applications; assists with identifying integration points and end-to-end solution design. Ensures changes to the application are compliant with bank standards and policies.
Required Skills:Planning analysisGathering and eliciting requirementsBacklogs and prioritizationDocumenting and maintaining requirementsPrepares for and leads in Agile train planning quarterly eventsWorks closely with Agile Scrum partners and Product Owners
Desired Skills:Experience with Product Owner or Technology requirement gathering and requirements writing experience.Experienced in agile processes and tools like Jira, Excel, PowerPoint etc.Strong communication and writing skillsHighly motivated, proactive and a self-starter; strong sense of ownership ability to create and execute plans without daily oversight.Team player to help achieve common goals.
