Director of Talent Acquisition
to join their team.Salary/Hourly Rate:$150k plus BonusPosition Overview:The Director of Talent Acquisition will oversee the Talent Acquisition team. This function will be both strategic and hands-on. The ideal candidate for the Director of Talent Acquisition role will train and coach recruiters on TA strategies and handle vendor management and agency relationships.Responsibilities of the Director of Talent Acquisition:
Oversee and lead the Talent Acquisition team.
Develop and implement strategic talent acquisition plans to attract top talent.
Ensure seamless operations in the recruitment process.
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
Oversee recruitment for remote workforce, call center, and IT roles.
Coach and train the recruiting team and hiring managers.
Provide ongoing development and support to the Recruitment team.
Run and analyze recruitment reports to track key performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
Utilize data insights to develop and implement process improvements.
Manage and enhance the company's employer branding efforts to attract top talent.
Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors.
Qualifications for the Director of Talent Acquisition:
8 - 10 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on remote workforce, call center, and IT recruitment.
Proven experience in leading and managing recruitment teams.
Strong coaching and training skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze recruitment metrics and implement strategic improvements.
Experience in employer branding and conveying company culture.
Vendor management and agency relationship.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
Master’s degree is preferred.
